My fridge-freezer broke down in the middle of the last heatwave (July)I was desperate! and went to Advance Electrical to ask what i could do,Michael busy working, downed tools to help me -he advised me to turn everything off for 48 hours and 9 times out of 10 this should solve the problem in hot weather.How grateful am I - it worked Michael !HUGE Thank you. No call out charge, no fee, just pure kind customer service. What a great company!

Incredibly prompt service. I didn't expect them to be out within an hour of my call! Embarrassingly there was nothing wrong with the oven, just a fault in the owner's ability to decipher the icons on the timer! They were very good humoured about it but didn't rub it in, mercifully!I know I didn't have anything major done, but they definitely gave off the impression of being highly dependable, professional and trustworthy which goes a long way in my book.Would highly recommend them.

Needed a new oven when the old one was tripping the electrics. All of the big box retailers were quoting a 10-28 day turnaround. Went into the shop, and Micheal was very helpful in helping me find the right oven for our needs, and had it delivered that day. Great customer service.

Amazing people to deal with. We have an AEG oven which was supplied by a kitchen fitter. It was playing up we where slowly losing the will to live with AEG after sales service. My wife called them out of desperation they came within an hour they did take a quick look but advised to continue with AEG as it’s likely to need a part and would be costly. Despite being on site for 15 minutes or so they didn’t even charge! I am sure we are not far away from another appliance breakdown or renewal when the time comes it will be supplied by them.

Exceptional customer service today. I completed an online form late morning, got a call back early afternoon and they were round within the hour. Honest and very fair approach to their work and I will return to them again in the future. Can highly recommend.

Had a repair technician come around to look at our drier a month ago and after 5 minutes of looking at £45 call out fee he said I needed a new one as the drum bearings had gone. Just had another company look at it when they were doing something else and it turns out the fan just needed tightening. They also said if it had been the drum bearings these could have been replaced.

The service we got from advance was brilliant phone at mid day about a dish washer we wanted he said he had it in stock and delivered it with in 2 hrs.Would highly recommend this company.Stay local they are the best.

New washing machine ordered and fitted within the hour. Superb service. Wouldn't get that from the big boys. Glad I shopped local.Will use again.

Have used this company twice now. The first for a repair 18 months ago. They were quick, efficient and did not charge for call out. The job was done properly and expertly, so when I was in the market for a new oven, I didn't consider going anywhere else. The people in the shop are friendly and helpful. Ordered and paid on the Monday, fitted on the Saturday. They arrived on time. The oven was difficult to fit due to the way the old one had been fitted (by someone else before we bought the house) but the chaps who came to fit it would not leave until they had finished the job properly. Excellent service. Friendly, trustworthy and professional. Wouldn't use anyone else.
