Fabulous customer service from the extremely helpful guy in the shop. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him and great advice. Really helped us to decide on a floor. Extensive range of flooring too. Really convenient location too between a decorating and bathroom showroom. Great flooring shop - would highly recommend!

We stumbled across floor 4 you Kidderminster in its first week of opening. Dan was still setting up displays, but left what he was doing to give us excellent service. After extensive negotiation we agreed to buy engineered wood flooring and all fittings for a fair price. Dan called their recommended fitter Anthony Nevett who arranged the delivery and fitting of the floor. He is a very experienced fitter who who I am happy to recommend. The attached pictures speak for themselves.

Ordered £1,100 of flooring, flooring not delivered on given date, I had to chase up several times. When flooring eventually arrived it was damaged so of no use to me. Requested refund which was declined due to items being a 'special order' (not that special, just not in stock).Will have to raise dispute through bank/court now and wait.Would not deal with these charlatans again and would strongly recommend others to go elsewhere.

We went to floors for you with a view of getting some flooring and advice, we were met by the salesperson Hannah, who guided us through the options and told us exactly what we would need , she advsed us on edging skirting etc, she then arranged a fitter for us and could not have been more helpful,The fitter picked up the flooring from the shop and did a great job, the floor looks great and we could not be more pleased.

Came in today on the of chance of a quote, cheapest place around the area by far! And let says i brought what i wanted and was given amazing customer service will be using them again in the future

Great flooring and customer service. Nothing was too much trouble when choosing my flooring. Sarah guided me through the right floor for my kitchen… then I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there was 50% off as part of their opening offer. Couldn’t be more happier. When the floor is laid down I will review again and attach photos.

From start to finish they were by my side from helping me choose the right floor for my home (allowing me to borrow whatever samples I needed and remaining patient and supportive whilst I constantly changed my mind), to popping by on the day of fitting to ensure everything was going to planIt was instantly clear that I was dealing with a team who had many years of flooring experience and the technical detail Sarah was able to provide ensured I chose a floor which was beautiful, suitable for its environment and will allow me to care for it for many (many) years to come.I very much look forward to working with them again on other projects I have.
