TLDR; Great company, well priced, easy, helpful, efficient. Definitely try them!Long story/detailed review:On the double June back holiday 2022 our toilet broke. When we flushed, the pipe was returning all the water into our bathroom floor via the back pipe/floor, flooding our bathroom. I initially went through home insurance emergency care who couldn't attend till the next day then couldn't fix it and said it was likely a collapsed pipe and my floor would probably need to be dug up as the leak was past the concrete! Home insurance didn't cover trace and access and told me to find a company to do this before carrying on with any fix and got us a hotel room for 3 nights so we could actually go" somewhere (only toilet in house).I rang 7 different companies and explained the situation. They either didn't do this kind of service (wasn't clear) or couldn't do it till Monday even when they said 24/7 (4 days away and we couldn't use the only toilet we have). My partner and I have ADHD and I was feeling very overwhelmed and frustrated with this situation that I hadn't dealt with before. I just needed help (and needed the loo!).Eventually
