Best college I've ever been to! I had the BEST experience at The Growth Company for my Access to Higher Education course. I learned so much about my subject but also had fun at the same time. The building is stunning. And tutors are incredibly supportive, professional and knowledgeable, especially Claire, Serena and Oliver. I am beyond grateful and would recommend The Growth Company to anyone looking to do a Level 3 course. I cannot thank The Growth Company enough for all they have done for me. It has been an amazing experience studying with you, THANK YOU!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Extremely rude , Andrea (not sure what she actually does here) violated our health and safety act then rudely interrupted a business phone call not once but twice, they are very rude when speaking to via telephone I.e cutting you off dead or being aggressive making empty threats. Their communication is appalling and it’s ran in an absolute shambles, DO NOT waste your time with this company!!!!

Delighted with The Growth Company.I have taken on numerous apprenticeships over the years using different apprentice providers. I have found The Growth Company the best and most consistent and will use them as my only Fenestration Apprenticeship Company in the future :). Carolyn has been brilliant. Thanks again :)

Unfortunately, I have not had the best experience with this company, I have been working on getting an energy grant which is now into its 7 month since starting the process, generally, I'm quite a laid back person and allow time for the other party to complete the work needed (everyone has jobs to do and life can at times get in the way of keeping on track) but I have had to chase several times to try and keep the process going forward, during the chasing episodes I've had to ring, text and email before having any communication back- it really feels like they try the hardest not to give you the grant. After being told that the grant is 50/50 on equipment with a ceiling of £2500 have been told that now my sums" don't add up and would only be eligible for a fraction of it

Hello,Bad experience everyone acting cowboys please avoid at all costShocking service and horrendous after support they fail to contact you they don't listen you will be passed from advisor to advisor explaining your needs all over again and if you complain they will mess you about..I currently struggling with stress and high anxiety and panic attacks staff are so rude and unprofessional...They are picking on the weakest people in society and psychological harming you thinking they are above you treat you like piece of dirt on the floor....I have now requested to be removed from this provider and recently decided to joining up to another training provider its like night and day you will get the repect and human dignity and equality...So any consider using the growth as a training provider think twice they might look professional but run like a cowboy under the hood...

I saw a Personal Adviser for 2 years. They supported me in improving my wellbeing but despite knowing that I have a learning difficulty owing to Epilepsy caused by a benign tumour since birth & subsequent surgery, they just threw me in the Dragons Den. I lost my job at a highly pressured Solicitors only for my Advisors colleague to offer me a placement at another Solicitors.That didn't work out I was forced to resign.

We were visited by the Growth Company in November 2022 with the intention of providing training to me, an employee of the company I work for. Before telling me what courses were available I had to provide ALL of my personal data - name, address, DOB, national insurance number etc which I found odd. I expressed interest in a few courses and have sent multiple emails trying to follow up on this training. Heard nothing constructive and plenty of excuses. I have just exercised my rights under data protection law to have my personal information deleted. A complete waste of time and a shame this company has access to government grants.

Can i do skill carpenter course in Luton or Milton Keynes with Growth Company??.

I was referred to the Growth company by my local Job centre plus to be supported with getting into employment.My key worker, Sarah, was very attentive and knowledgeable and referred me to the courses.I was given a mental health support, which was more advisory rather than practical, but it was ok.I was refunded for my travel tickets and even given some vouchers to buy my interview clothes!I was supported with job search sessions with Connor (hub guide), which was useful as well.After trying hard to find job, I cannot be thankful more for all the help I received from the Growth company workers.Finally I am in full time employment with a new qualification.I don’t understand where are all these negative comments from, as my personal attitude is very positive after cooperating with the team.Thanks.
