Electriction was perfectly on time, the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. On top of that he was a lovely person. Would definitely use again.

This electrician came at 01:00 in an emergency situation as my husband is seriously ill at home on an electric hospital airbed. I was charged over £430 to 'fix' the electrical problem for a 1 hour visit. However, the next day the problem continued and in the end I hired another electrician who advised me within 5 mins of walking in the door that it was a problem with the electrical supply and that I should ring the power company. That electrician could see how serious the situation was here and did not charge me a penny. I am sorry, but surely any electrician worth his salt would have been able to spot that it was in fact a fault with the electricity company supply.

Jacob attended my property in less than two hours. I did use a third party to book him, so their fees are high. However, he’s was great, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. He fixed the issue in less than an hour. I’d have no problems recommending him and the team at GVA.

They charged £336 just diagnosed the problem. Problem is straightforward. Hob plug was burnt.Not replaced or even fixed it.Rubbish service.
