Far too busy too early.. Blood test clinic needs a better system. A hot/cold drinks machine could help a little way of making the long waiting times more bearable or even a cold water machine

Turned away at the door no clinic today went to another health centre across town and the same thing happened. The receptionist said if you come back tomorrow morning you will find people queuing from 7.00am. Utter disgrace to treat sick people in this way.

The tall nurse that did my bloods today at about 3pm was absolutely lovely. Was too nervous to think of asking her name but I barely felt anything and she kept me talking the whole time to take my mind off it. Thank you so much!

Totally unacceptable treatment. The one in the reception have no idea what's happening (sorry I have no idea what you're talking about).The child department not piking up the phone. I was only able to leave a voice mail and after 3 hrs I still can't call them or them calling me back (as soon as possible)Waiting for a message about a video call it should tell me how to do on my end and nobody sent me.This is unacceptable!

The toilets are are always cleaned well to a high standard and it is situated very close to the walled garden... currently in bloom and which looks very beautiful. There's little else to say... its a 'health' ' centre.

I attended the blood clinic today and was overall very impressed. The blood clinic begins at 13:15 on Mondays, but they began early at 13:05 which I was very impressed with. I was the 8th person in the queue and was seen within 20mins of waiting (this is fast compared to where I have been previously). The nurse was very understanding after I told her that I was quite anxious, she was very chatty and lovely. Overall I found the health centre really easy to find, very well sign posted, nice and clean inside, and very lovely staff.

I'm giving a five star review due to the nurse who did my bloods today. The way the clinic is run is an absolute shambles. We all had to wait outside then pick up a ticket and wait for your number. I've never been a fan of bingo because I always loose and today was no different! 90 minutes wait. Really do feel sorry for the nurse who was ace and alone. It's run really really really badly though.

Yet again patients allowed inside clinic 40mins before blood clinic starts but no tickets put out till 1pm by which time there are 20+ patients all clambering fir a ticket . Furthermore when I went the board was in foyer saying blood clinic closed as is now full . I saw people turning away . The board had been left there from day before . The clinic hadn’t even started so I ignored it & went inside & asked receptionist . She said it is closed at moment but u can wait if u want . By 10past 1 there were over 40 patients waiting . What has gone wrong with blood clinics & why is Ashton so disorganised . I’ll say again it’s not rocket science.

Made to queue up outside in the freezing cold, with an elderly relative for blood clinic.They could have at least allowed people through the doors into the waiting room.Then when I asked why people couldn’t at least wait inside, was told they didn’t start blood clinic for another 15 minutes & to complain to the trust if I wasn’t happy!Then at 1300..a member of staff walked along the queue, counted 30 people & told the rest to go home as they were now full!

Husband went this morning 21/6/23 at 8:15 had his bloods done the nurse who did his bloods was very abrupt and frosty and not very polite will not be using you again
