My daughter collected her used 1 series on Saturday and experienced a 1st class handover from Nikola. Nothing was too much trouble and Nikola was very professional. I would expect nothing less from these guys as they are a top performing customer centric business. I can’t keep my daughter out of the car so that says it all!! Well done all.

Booked my car as there was a noise which I thought may be the brakes. Very welcoming, investigated the noise and decided that the car was safe. Brakes were good, suspension too. Very pleased with the quality of help and investigation completed. Well worth travelling almost 50 miles to use this dealer.

Took my BMW in which has the so called top of the range comprehensive warranty on it to only be told the issues with my car are not covered under warranty. Go in to collect the vehicle and the technician tells me the issues are minor and we can take a look again in 1000 miles. Minor or not, paying £180 a month so I expect it to be sorted! Power steering failed due to water getting into the unit also something not covered under the so call comprehensive warranty however they did not even have the decency to clear the water the unit was sitting in! Technician said it might be covered but we need to investigate where the water has come from, well no it’s either covered or it’s not! Simple yes or no!! In short bad experience from start to finish and yet again a warranty not worth the paper it’s written on!

Extremely Disappointing Service - Avoid This DealershipI recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership on September 28, 2023, and also opted for GAP insurance. What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into a nightmare.First, the certificate for the GAP insurance was not issued or emailed to me on the day of purchase, despite my follow-ups for three days. When I finally received the certificate, it was a shock to find out that all my personal details were correct, but my car was listed as a Fiat 500, completely incorrect and unacceptable.I immediately called the dealership and was told by Umut, the retail manager, that he could rectify the issue through an admin portal. I asked for written confirmation of this, but to my disbelief, he backtracked on his previous statement and claimed that he couldn't amend the details. He insisted that the insurance I purchased would remain for a Fiat 500.I patiently awaited a call back from someone in the retail team on Monday, but no one reached out. Frustrated, I called again and spoke to a representative who confirmed that a formal complaint had been raised with Richard.Interestingly, when I initially called, I was told that Richard was in a meeting. However, miraculously, when I mentioned the extent of my follow-up and frustration, Richard suddenly became available. According to the representative, Richard had been aware of the issue from the beginning. However, when I spoke to Richard himself, it was clear that he had no idea about the matter and promised to look into it."The entire aftercare service provided by the retail management team has been a complete joke. It seems like each member of the team operates as if they are part of a different company

After my 911 rear bumper was damaged due to a hit I took my car to Swindon Body shop for repair, I implored the insurance company to use this shop due to their excellent reputation.They did not let me down.The job they did was beyond my expectations, I have no idea how they managed to match the paintwork so precisely, really first class work and I cannot thank them enough.The process was smooth with excellent communications throughout and it only took a few days to complete the work.The staff could not have been more helpful from the admin to the young lad who dropped me off at the station the day I delivered the car to themThey did offer me a curtesey car but I declinedI hope I don’t have to use them again but if I do I’m heading here, no question.
