Very friendly professional company. Arrived on time and had an excellent knowledge of the problem we had with our cooker. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Called for advice regarding problem with my dishwasher, prompt, honest and helpful advice. Due to the age of my dishwasher it made sense to replace instead repairing then having to replace something else within months. Refreshing to speak to someone who is totally honest about what needed to be done. Will definitely use again if I have issues with any appliances.

A great service all round. He rang me back within half an hour to confirm price and availability to replace the element in my oven. Fitted me in the next day and texted when he was going to be earlier than planned!! Would definitely recommend.

We woke up to find our washing machine had broken with the clothes still sopping wet, i didn't have time to deal without before work but knew I needed to deal with it quick due to a member of my household being severely ill and needed high levels cleanliness to prevent infections, i rang David first at 4:20pm expecting to book it in for a fix, but he knew he was too busy over the next few days to be able to attend as promptly as we needed, he manage to correctly diagnose the issue via a discussion with me after i explained what was happening, explained to me how to remove the what was now a suspected defective motor, and i ran it over to his home address, i thought i was just dropping it off to help him due to his schedule, he fixed the part for me on his doorstep, this was 5:35pm, i picked up some chips and then by 6:10pm I had the motor back in (again he explained how) and hey presto all fixed, so in under two hours it'd gone from first contact to fixed.Excellent service and can't recommend enough.

Attended site within 72hours of initial call, arrived with the correct part to undertake the repair without delay. Undertook the work efficiently and left the appliance working. Will use again
