Everyone involved has been excellent, and the only thing that could've been better was the weather - which seemed to be against us. We had first impressions out to do our driveway and path in print pave, we found them courteous hard working and very good at what they do. We highly recommended them. We will be having them back to do the back garden. Thanks guys. Amazing work

I recently used First Impressions to lay imprinted concrete in the front of my house. The final finish was good but far from perfect process and finish. The final finish had smudge marks & footprint marks on some of the concrete prints.I found the communication could have been far better throughout the job.For example, the day they poured down the concrete, the workers turned up in the afternoon and without informing us started laying the concrete down in the garden. When my wife needed to go and collect the kids there was no clean place to step on to leave and life was made very difficult.Furthermore, without asking permission they left us accessing our front door via our neighbours front garden which left us in an embarrassing situation.Finally I would add that the lads who carried out the job were good polite guys but their lack of attention to these other matters let them down.

Great quality workmanship, very happy with the Imprinted Concrete by First Impressions. Workmen were all very friendly and polite and kept us apprised of every stage what would be happening and any relevant information, cleaned and tidied up after every stage. A WhatsApp group is created so that all parties involved can be fully up to date in a quick and easy method. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new driveway. I received and accepted a written quote given after 2 inspections of the property for replacement of the front driveway. There was a 2 month waiting time which was fine but 2 weeks prior to the installation date I was advised that grabbing costs would double unless I killed off the entire lawn with weed killer. I followed the instructions but then the installation was cancelled by a whatsapp message very late the night before it was due to start as they said they could not do the work for what they quoted me. I'm left with a dead frontage that looks awful and have to start from scratch to find a professional company (which First Impressions are not) to carry out the work. Do not trust this company.

They set up a WhatsApp group, once I paid the deposit and were very efficient and responsive. Worked to schedule and I love my new driveway.
