Extremely poor service! Waited for over 90 minutes to get a bottle of drops dispensed. Absolutely disorganised and chaotic. Pharmacists at the back have no clue what they are doing. The shame is from the eye hospital one can only go here! I hope the manager takes notice of this feedback and creates some system so please are served as per the ticket and not made to wait for hours! Pathetic!

Worst pharmacy you will ever experience after 8 hours in A&E with my partner I went to collect his prescription however was very busy fine I understand so I paid and agreed to collect it the next morning . Return the next morning they have lost the prescription luckily I managed to noticed it in a draw apparently it was miss placed I’m told to sit and wait for it to be ready ! Then the next customers prescription is missing no organisation here what so ever. I understand they get busy etc but the organisation would solve a lot of there problems.Wish A&E wouldn’t make us use this one

Never answer the phone, rushed off their feet, disorganised and pretty poor. Try, try try to get your prescription elsehwere. Even had them hang up on me rather than answer the phone.

Very poor service!Went to collect my mums medication which was marked as URGENT as she has ear infection and also going through chemotherapy + RT,they asked me to come back after an hour which I did, the medication was not ready still so they asked me come back again....When I went for the 3th time, one of the medication was missing and they asked me to leave my mobile so they can call next day. So far 3 days later I didn't had a call.

Normal pharmacy.Very close to the hospital, not quite so close to A&e.I didn't like that if you come with a prescription they give you a ticket but after that, you have to wait for ages. Even boots doesn't take that long. Also, no parking spaces around. Not a convenient pharmacy, but at least they could give us our prescribed morphine. The prescription was specific to this pharmacy. My partner was prescribed so much of it, that they were doubting the prescription itself, but in the end, we left without any problems

Visited today 28th May 2022. Everyone in there seemed proper annoyed as everyone before me had waited at least 45 minutes for a prescription and the did admit at the end they were short staffed but still telling everyone comming in it be 15-20 minute wait well that was blatant lying from the start. Firstly my prescription was sent to them on the 16th and was told to pick up when I can as was an emergency extra month due to late appoint, so you think that would be easy to pick up but clearly not. Not one staff member knew if my prescription was already made up or whatever unfortunately it took them 20 minutes just to find out it hadn't be processed as they couldn't find the prescription which shows they have no process in place for organising and keeping things safe and secondly for one month supply which is one box it took them a further 40 minutes after to get ready. This is terrible service and just no no no

the staff here go above and beyond to help and if there are any problems they sort it immediately a big thank you to the technician s and Pharmacists for helping my daughter sort her meds when she had come out of hospital after surgery.

They are always busy but there are seats to sit down on which is something positive. I collect my monthly cancer drugs from them and often notice how grumpy people are waiting to get gaviscon or over the counter pain killers and think pleeze get a grip!Staff are always as helpful as possible given the amount of customers. I think two separate areas for over the counter drugs and prescriptions should be put in place to stop the grumbling!

This specialist pharmacy for hospital issued scripts can get very busy, but there is plenty of seating. The staff are fantastic. Really friendly and helpful
