Excellent experience. A lot of care and detail went into my hijama experience. I wanted hijama done as I was having pain and digestion issues. Since then, everything has been much better.

I went in for a skin trial as I have very sensitive skin and wanted to test beforehand. Ruba was very informative and listened to issues I wanted helping, she was very understanding and took her time to explain the whole process. I didn’t go ahead with the cupping as I felt my skin wasn’t ready, however I would definitely recommend! Private area of the house and very accommodating Alhamdulilah

I have been wanting Hijama done for the longest time but was hesitant, ruba made me and my family (4people) feel very relaxed and at ease, she explained every step as she was doing it and went at a slower pace for my mum and grandma. Everyone had different reasons why we had it done (neck pain, back pain, hip pain, sciatica, epilepsy, arthritis and also because It's Sunnah!). Everyone said they felt instant relief and feel very light. We all had treatment 2 (highly recommend!) The head massage at the end was THE best head massage I've ever had. The next day we all felt sore (as expected), it looked more sore than it actually feels, Ruba advised us to use oils to ease the soreness. We feel like different people now! We cannot wait for this life long journey with Wellness by Ruba (In sha Allah!)

Ruba was attentive and made sure I was comfortable during the treatment and explained the process very clearly. Without having to tell her where my problem areas were, she was able to identify them through feeling the tight spots in muscles. After the treatment I felt relaxed and there was an immediate reduction in the tension and pain I was feeling in my back.
