On discovering that we had a rodent problem under the floorboards we contacted pure pest solutions. After a phone call to discuss the problem they came out within a few hours to have a look.The staff were extremely polite and friendly and explained everything clearly. They have solved the problem and gave us some good advice.I certainly would recommend this firm to anyone who is in need of there services.

After 128 joint years on planet Earth and having each had gardens for all of that time I suppose we were due a mole. Sadly this mole decided to inhabit the smallest of our gardens, and wreaked utter havoc.In a large garden it may have been acceptable but this critter came through someone else's to ruin ours.Cue Tom and crew. First visit to lay traps, second to re-position traps and third to remove traps. And Brer mole.Delightful field operatives. All appointments made and kept; all at the start of a three hour window and so minimal 'waiting in' for us.Office support was excellent. Very helpful and top-class communication from Simin.Recommended.

Prompt response to my call regarding squirrel squatters with a visit the next day. During each visit Marcus has always been punctual, diligent & professional & nothing has been too much trouble. Fantastic service. Removed our wasps nest within a couple of hours of us phoning so we didn’t have to worry. Great price too. Our engineer was very friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Will use Pure Pest Solutions in future.

We received excellent service from Pure Pest Solutions earlier this year, when we had a field mouse move into the loft space (which unfortunately, doesn’t have access from inside the house). Marcus installed a motion camera on our roof, near where he thought, was the access point for the mouse and once this was confirmed, Tom & Marcus returned and mouse proofed the outside of our roof. From start to finish, Tom and Marcus were a pleasure to deal with and were determined to get the problem sorted despite the issue with access to the loft space. I can’t recommend Pure Pest Solutions enough.
