Taken a month to receive 3 cylinder covers. Never had an email returned when using their contact us' page and find them quite short on the phone. Having had hassle with cylinder covers not sure I would buy a drysuit from them - friends rate them though."

I have now used Seaskin twice, once to replace the zip on my drysuit and once to order a brand new suit from them.2019 - I sent my Hollis drysuit to them to replace the zip as they were competitive on pricing, however the tab they put in to support the suit opening across the zip broke strength away and the YKK zip didn't last more than 20 dives before leaking. Maybe plastic zip is just not duable enough... Would still give them a 4 star I would think. (2019)2023 - New suit ordered with them with a 3 month lead time, not a problem with that. So the ETD is Friday and I called on the Monday to check if it is still on track, they told me it will be dispatched on Friday for next day delivery. Very happy with that and I booked diving for the next weekend. Come the Tuesday next week, I've heard nothing, I called them and was told my suit was delayed as some people were on holiday and I would need to wait another week and a half. This is not a problem generally as I understand things happen, but I called to confirm the same week, plus no communcation at all about this delay. That's not good at all, hopefully I will get the suit soon and with how competitive this suit is (£1500) with upgrades, all those problem will be behind me.Will update this review in due course...

Just ordered a replacement neck seal and it arrived promptly. Have ordered many drysuit spares from here over last few years and always received a good service. If you phone up they give helpful advice too.

I have tried twice ordering from Seaskin, never got my orders, experience was horrible. I placed my order on Dec 9, no update was provided if it was ship or not. I emailed multiple times for tracking, no response. Fast track to Jan 18, I finally got a response, but was told order was sent back to them, no explanation was provided and order was cancelled and refunded, minus shipping charges. Maybe the local buying experience is different, but international customers beware!

Avoid this company at all costs.Terrible service. Ordered two custom undersuits, to be shipped on the 16th of October according to them. Have not heard from them throughout the whole process, have emailed and had no responses and no tracking number sent.Previously tried to order a custom drysuit, never had any response to my emails. Ended up ordering from Otter and had amazing service with a far superior product.

The worst experience I ever had. If you happen to see my comment, I strongly recommend against doing business with them.They are careless towards at least individual customers, slow reply on emails, do not call back even though they promise to… also, very bad manufacture, you could have received a defected new products from them. You could have received a leaking suit that was just repaired from them. They have a bad process on testing the suit if it leaks, or maybe they just do not test at all. Off course they are always responsible in the end I fixing the suit, but the process takes months and you might still received the same leaking suit from them directly after fixing.You can off course take you chance with them. If you are lucky enough, you would get a good suit at a cheap price.Check out the video, it is a new suit I received from them. There were more than 4 leaks like this in the suit. In addition, when I received the fixed suit from then after months, some leaks remain the same and was asked to send it back to them again. No kidding.

I ordered and paid for an item on their website, and several emails and a month later I’d still heard nothing from them. Another email asking for a refund was then answered and my item was despatched. So while I did eventually receive my order, their lack of communication and the fact that they took almost six weeks to send it means I’ll never use them again.

I got a fairly standard neoprene dry suit, doing the self measurements triple checked by a few people. The dry suit came after prompting 4 months later. I have dived in it 7 times now and it feels really comfortable

I ordered from seaskin because of the tailoring aspect and the price point which was very competitive , I’m an above knee amputee and my leg dimensions are different. I opted for all the bells and whistles and the Undersuit and it came in at just over a grand.I was initially given a date of 1st April for delivery, and on the basis of this booked a trip to use it in mid April, so as to allow for any delays, on the 8th April I called them to see when I might expect it, and was categorically told it was being dispatched on Monday 11th. I waited a few days and rang again on the 14th as I’d still not received any tracking info, to be told it still hadn’t been dispatched and would definitely go that day and that I would get it the next day, when I pointed out that it was good Friday I was still told as it was UPS I’d still get it. Shockingly after they had closed I received tracking information saying I’d get it on the 19th after the bank holidays.Trip ruined.When I did receive the suit it is seemingly of good quality, however one of the pockets was not where I’d asked it to be. They did offer to amend this, but given all of the other issues I decided not to bother.I emailed a complaint about the whole process some 2 weeks ago, and have yet to receive a response.My advice. Go to O’Three, the customer service there is immeasurably better for effectively the same product.

Ordered a made to measure tri lam drysuit.And a undersuit a few days after.Took 4 months but first impressions very good quality , for the price well worth it.Very helpful when I called.Definitely go back in future.
