Chinese Village

I don't post many reviews, but some friends and I got some takeaway from here and it was seriously some of the best we've ever had! I had the chef's speciality shredded chicken & my two vegan friends absolutely loved their vegan chicken dishes as well (we were surprised with how many vegan options they have!)The woman working there was also very helpful and friendly, and our food was ordered-and-ready within 15 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Not a bad Chinese, reasonably priced and tasty food based in a beautiful little village

We have repeatedly ordered takeaway from this place, tried several Asian food items from the menu and all were very tasty. Friendly staff. The younger ones helping out will surely still need a bit more time to become less shy ;) Cash only and very good price for the portions. Especially if taking a soup and noodles with veg, this will last me a dinner and lunch next day. Very quick serving time between ordering and food being handed out and always a smile. :)

I ordered munchie box gravy sauce an bbq sauce definitely not the worst but far from the best ive tried.. gravy was not like you normal chinese takeaway gravy it was more like bisto the bbq was bland and the food was very bland aswel.

Quickly made. Very hot ( made it all the way home and was hot ). Plenty of food. Just know nothing comes with rice. If you want it, get the add one.

First but not the last time I will come here the food was amazing , the staff are so friendly and we’re happy with changes I needed to make ! 100% recommend !!

I ordered a chicken curry and fried rice and my wife wanted a chicken chow main. Imagine my disappointment when l got home to find l had been given a vegetable curry and my. Wife’s dish had no vegetables at all. I live twenty miles from this takeaway so l phoned them and they hung up so we phoned again and the woman wasn’t interested and hung up again. Check your order before you leave the premises .

Popped in for a Chinese whilst on holiday in Pitlochry. Placed order then was told they do not accept card payments! Had no cash on me so walked out with no food

Noodles ok but expected a wee onion it beanspout. Salt and pepper tofu pretty much ineadible and I’ve not eaten anything all day and yomped round Blair Atholl horse trials so I’m starving. Actually can’t even get a fork into the tofu it’s cremated most the way through and probably the most salty thing I’ve ever tried to eat! Ate some bits with my fingers but had to give up. Sad. Was really looking forward to it :(

Do not recommend. I phoned in an order and asked if I could collect it in 20 minutes. Everything seemed ok until I went to collect the order. There was a teenage boy serving and he was the person who took my order by phone. For some reason, that I was given no explanation for, there was no trace of my order. The boy serving instead of explaining why he had not processed my order he said 'your order is not here, I will just take your order now'. If there was another Chinese Takeaway in Pitlochry I would have gone there instead. As there isn't I ordered again and waited only 6 minutes but still no explanation or apology and I got charged full price. There was a woman come out to serve but neither her or the boy said a word when I was handed my food.
