£15 to dry clean a ski jacket and didnt even get all the stains out , just seems expensive and still stains in good customers service but didnt think to refund a little

Had some clothes dry cleaned. It looked like new when I picked it up. Jane who looked after me was very professional and explained everything that they had done and also had some minor repairs to one of the garments. So pleased, definitely recommend this dry cleaners. 5* service

Took a jacket in to have sleeves shortened. One week later went to collect it as arranged and it hadn't been done. The person who served me needs to attend a customer service course as her attitude needs attending to. Anyway 3 hrs later I had a call to say it was ready. Not happy with how it was done and it wasn't cheap. Certainly do not recommend.
