Astounding customer service, man named Ian at the till helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was very patient with my decisions. Other than that the store was nice, I couldn't find the paint that was used on the inside of the store which was unfortunate because it looked very nice. Great store!

Shopping for a sofa, a very helpful assistant, nothing too much trouble. Unfortunately I wanted to order some made to measure blinds but there was no one available to assist me.

Went in with my husband and son. Wanted to look for some items for my sons room (children's bedroom section upstairs) The lift was not working and no out of order sign. Lots of staff around but only one acknowledged us upstairs looking confused as to why we were upstairs.
