Chopstix - Hanley
The hanley store is horrific compared to the other store. Staff stare you down and the food always tastes different at this store. They didn’t even have a scanner to scan my points and the food didn’t taste the same it was burnt. Would recommend the newcastle store but never going to the hanley one again. When i did tell them about the food being bad, they just said okay and didn’t do anything.

We tried Chopstix for the first time yesterday and even with us being fussy eaters we really enjoyed it, food was delicious and plenty of options, the only thing I would critique is the temperature of the restaurant itself, it was very cold sitting inside but I'm putting that down to weather conditions. Could do with some kind of heating system. Staff were very kind and patient and explained all the menu and options to us and what we would prefer based on our tastes

Server, Tong; refusing to give me a can of Pepsi. I have had this before, I want it again. As a result of disgraceful behaviour this is today's review. because they're on display they have to sell them, their excuse: because we have limited cans; this is total false information. Photo of evidence attached. (The customer is always right, you should not refuse a customers request). Extra note, I am a regular customer and having this type of disgraceful behaviour is unacceptable!

First time trying chopstix and i was pleasantly suprised. Loved the food . Staff were friendly and very helpful . Will be coming back again

It was a very dirty floor inside. The staff wasn't kind at all, it wasn't helpful. They are on Facebook and talking to each other. They don't care about customers! The food was very expensive! More than £25 for two people and we got very little portions! Never again! I am really disappointed!

Chopstix is one of my favourite places to eat at. It’s so convenient as the food is already made and you just select what toppings you want. The toppings are amazing and there’s so much variety of flavours to choose from. A bonus is that all the calories are written which helps me make healthier decisions on my diet. Amazing food definitely recommend. Also the staff are absolutely lovely, they’re doing a great job keeping a positive atmosphere and I’ve always been satisfied with their service

Food is lovely 99% of the time, but upon this lne occasion my partner has hair in the potatoes they serve here.Another complaint is that the hanley branch is promoting the app and loyalty program but does not participate. If you arent participating do not promote the program.
