Shame I couldn’t rate 0 or minus numbers. WORST doctors iv ever experienced. On the phone for 2 hours, number 2 in the queue for it to cut off. They don’t even get in touch when you’re pregnant to sort you out a midwife which is their job and then when you sort out a midwife your self they give them the WRONG email to send me a prescription. Nobheads fuming at the level of service from these. Will definitely be changing doctors.

Takes over an hour to get through. Why merge the practices if you haven’t got employees or appointments?! Disgusting waiting times from being called number 48 waiting over an hour and half or prob longer as I’m still waiting on the phone for someone to answer! Minus 1. Been on the phone to 111 and they’ve sent off an electronic assessment form to my gp and told me to get in touch with gp. The receptionist answered and said they haven’t received it and told me to A&E

Phone system and the new online system anima is terrible.The phone system to cut waiting times is worse than before, called at 12pm and I was number 49 in the queue.The online system to cut down waiting times is even worse. Like the appointment system, you only have access to sending requests, appointments between 8am and maybe 8:15am if you are luck because the services are closed due to it being fully booked.Poor service in getting through.

I was 80 in the queue, 1 hour and 6 minutes later, I was told fully booked anima is not taking anymore requests, phone back at 12.30, anima might have some booking then. Very annoying. Time to change doctors. Almost 2 months trying to get appointment but can't stay on phone and drive to work while your in a queue.

For 4 weeks I have been trying to book an appointment every morning at 8am I'm on the app how in 2 minutes are you booked up! Cant get through on the phone you should be ashamed of your selves. When you go in you see the women just chatting at the desk so you could be answering the phones. Absolute joke.

I was online on yhp to book an appointment because I knew I wouldn’t be able to get through on the phone. I cannot believe they open the booking system for 5 seconds at 08:00 and close it! I really cannot believe this. Now I’m caller number 71 in the queue and I’m pregnant and need urgent doctors help

Tried to book an appointment on Anima at bang on 8.00am while also calling the surgery at the same time, no appointments on anima and was on hold for over 40 minutes just to be told there were no appointments and no idea when there would be so just go to a hospital or walk in centre..... pointless & complete waste of time.

Terrible booking system, can't get an appointment, doctors don't call when they are supposed to, can't get an in person appointment since the convid sham. Worst doctors in West Bromwich.
