Great place for a new home in Chester pertinently good for the day to day ecnetles of life good school near bye and close to Chester town centre

Difficult to give a definitive rating as house building has only recently commenced. It is a large development on an arterial road leading into Chester city centre. (The houses appear to be constructed using the timber frame " method.) Traffic congestion has always been an issue on this road and it will be interesting to see how the builders address this issue going forward."

INCONSISTANT LANDSCAPINGThe area around the main entrance of the estate by the roundabout is always extremely well-maintained. However, this is not the case INSIDE the estate where trees, shrubs and turf are often left to die or become overgrown with weeds.Go and have a look. It looks awful and nothing is being done about it.BUYERS BEWARE The trees on the Site Plan shown to the paying public are only an artist's impression" of what things could look like. However
