Absolutely do not use this company for shipping. I used them to ship a pallet of auto parts for my personal vehicle. The pickup went fine but there were delays on getting the pallet on a cargo ship. Then they forgot about paperwork fees and I had to pay those. Then they messed up the release paperwork causing delays getting it picked up from a warehouse in the US. We spent 3 days calling multiple times per day just to get someone to resolve the issues. Then, they took so long to help that additional storage fees were charged for the pallet sitting in the warehouse in the US. They promised me a refund of the fees associated with their errors then never replied to me again and I was forced to charge it back through my credit card for assistance. Take your business anywhere else.

BEWARE - FRAUD / SCAM / THEFT OF MONEYThis company took the money in June 2023, but they did not ever collect the shipment on multiple occasions.They did not refund the money as they said they would do.They continue to take money from people online, even though collections./ shipments are not actually being made..

Have mixed reviews: The main problem… there are many, but their main problem is lack of communication at each step between companies. Not good about quoting you entirely honestly and up front. Pushy in regard to unnecessary shipping and expense shipping methods, some of the subcontractors are just incredibly incompetent: The manifest (which we created) had easy to read contact information and import information related to avoiding tax due to change of residence (not to mention we put our contact phone number local to the delivery on every box) and some how got threaten with more charges because the couldn’t contact us to pick up our stuff. We did get out of it as had clear proof in multiple forms. You just got to be very vigilant and that isn’t cool as really should be their job as they supposedly do it every day.The plus side is none of our stuff was missing or broken.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are scammers.We arranged two pallet shipments with them and neither of the couriers arrived to collect the pallets. We contacted them for a refund and they tell us that they have refunded us and the funds can take 5-10 days to get back in your account. It never arrives...we are still waiting for the refunds over 20 days later.Wish we had looked at their other reviews before booking with them!

I'm not sure where the recent positive reviews have come from as their website has been down for weeks. Presumably in administration? We relied on P4D to send company parcels for the ease of weekly/monthly invoicing however can't find any way of organising this any more. Any time we did have issues it was hard to contact them and get a straight response.

Don’t use this shambles of a company, they collected a pallet 7 days before the booking date, lost the consignment and the manager, Ryan, came across as really not giving one. I managed to get some tracking details from them for The Pallet Network (TPN) after calling them 3 day’s running for an update. Within half an hour I found the pallet and arranged re-delivery. These guys are an intermediary company who use TPN, go directly to TPN who couldn’t have been more helpful, it will save you money and stress.

Absolutely terrible company, I will never use them again. had numerous pallets booked in for collection over the last 2 weeks and i believe once they have actually turned up to collect them. With waiting around until 5pm or 6pm every time for no one to turn up is a joke. Contacting support and given an account manager but can never get hold of them and all they say is there was an issue but they cannot collect today so pushes collections even more days behind and twice now items have been delivered and been damaged. Stay away and avoid at all costs. As a business user i would never recommend these to any business or personal use.
