I bought a item of furniture through e bay and paid straight away then a week later I went to her shop to pick it up forgettingvid paid her on w bay and gave her the money again..she didn't say a word..when I got home and realized she wouldn't refund the money through e bay or my pay pal account then ignored my messages and phone calls...I went 40 miles to the shop where the husband tried to sell me a broken cupboard ...I got it back eventually...her goods are ridiculously over priced and I have found much cheaper on e bay..beware

I bought a wall clock from this store in April 2021, the lady promised to deliver the clock but due to covid she advised there where delays in the clock arriving. She later confirmed in August 2021 that the clock had arrived and delivery would be in two weeks. A month later still nothing, when I chased this up, she blocked me on her Facebook page and I had no contact with her. My sister who had referred me to her then suggested we go to the store. We drove all the way from Birmingham to Wombwell only to be told by her staff that she was not in and staff had not been made aware of the order even though it was paid in full. Over a year later I have still not received my clock nor a refund. At this point I just want my money back. Appalling business ethics, unbelievable.!

Very disappointed with my dealings with Unique Chic Interiors.I placed an order for a statuette back in March 2020,and had a lovely friendly chat with the owner.I accepted there would be delays in the order due to Covid,and said I didn't mind waiting for the order.In May/June I had heard nothing,not even a receipt for my item,so I phoned,and was told my details had been lost,but that she knew I would make contact eventually,I was fine with this. I kept in contact,but received nothing. I was told that she wasn't too sure whether my order had been sent out,but she'd look into it.I received nothing and did not hear from her. I kept leaving friendly reminders,but got no replies.During September 2020 I realized that my calls were not being answered,both mobile and landline.I am really upset that I haven't received my item,and that I have been treated this way.

appalling customer!!! Use our delivery services and than disappeared out of thin air , unable to get in touch and get out delivery fees! Unbelievable - we hope they dont lie their customers they way they did with us!!!

Omg love it . Fantastic owner so helpful nothing to much trouble. Everything I seen I wanted lol . Will be ordering lots to take to usa with me .

have been waiting for the owner to contact me, supplied some gorgeous jeans almost 1 year ago still awaiting payment on it. has been promised many many times but no result, hope she hears my cries and get in touch to make a payment,

Called in for a browse this morning as was drawn in by the window display. Fell in love with a stunning lantern and was ready to leave with my purchase when I noticed a boutique on the upper floor.......... absolutely beautiful decor and clothes. The customer service was exceptional from the lovely couple. If you are looking for something a little bit different this is the place to go to. Cannot recommend highly enough.
