Picked up my new cayenne e hybrid today. Been on and off in touch with Harry Li for the best part of 6 months. He has been the epitome of a professional individual. Helpful in every possible way, answering every question i had possible and going above and beyond for everything asked of him. Could not ask for a better representative that can represent Porsche in a better way, and it has made my first Porsche experience a very memorable one. I had some work carried out on my Porsche Cayenne and senior service advisor Keith Da Veiga is an absolute credit to Porsche Sidcup he is efficient and always carries out what he promises and is always polite and courteous.

The process of completing the purchase was made very smooth; Andy was responsive, organised, and always available. We were pleasantly welcomed by Andy and Ben, the Porsche Pro, and were taken through the completion of the purchase again very smoothly.Being very particular and having high expectations, I made some requests to improve the interior and these requests were met without hesitation, and completed to a good standard. For this reason, I would continue business with Porsche South London. This is the level of service I was looking for from a dealership and brand. Based on this experience, I would also stay with Porsche, because this is the level of customer focus they expect from their partners.
