Nails

Avoid! I should of listened to the alarm bells ringing when the notice read we will not refund you if you come back unsatisfied and need to say so before you leave if you are! Also hearing the lady beside me complaining her nails were filed wonky and telling them what to do.I asked for pink and white and ended up with white tips and cheap acrylic gel that dried with air bubbles in. After a week, two of my nails started lifting and catching my hair under the nail... By the second week they all started lifting and peeled away from the nail. Unprofessional and to be honest I should of complained at the time. Save your money and your nails as mine are all paper thin nowand peeling.

Over priced, had to ask them to file my nails straight! Acrylics are so thick bulky and not shaped nicely at all also the acrylic was all over my cuticles and nail bed! Since took them off at home!

Extension has been taken off by young girl who even doesn't has any license to do work like this.Original nail was completely burnt . I wouldn't recommend this place.

Worst nail salon in Ilford, shoddy work, rude and unfriendly. The standard of service is poor, customers only visit because it is local. Nail treatment doesnt last the recommended time, yet they are happy to take your money.The original owner was professional, interested in her clients, and would make you feel welcome, this has deteriorated since the recent change in staff who dont accept the customers views, they instead are argumentative. They have damaged custoners property, refusing to accept liability. They certainly are not 'Classy'.

The previous owners made the place amazing to get treatments done at but it has gone downhill since she has left. On my last visit, they made two of my cuticles bleed!

Love this place. Always do my nails lovely. Best place for dipping nails!

If I could rate it 0 I would. The most rude staff I have ever come across I got my nails done there and 3 days after my nails were chipped and the paint had come off nearly completely. I work in an office and nothing could have influenced this to have happened to my nails on my behalf apart from the staffs bad job. I wouldn’t ever get my nails done here again. I went back for them to fix it and they told me it was my fault and refused to fix them. DONT WAIST UR MONEY by getting them done there !

Excellent customer service. Very friendly team and accommodating to your requirements. Would recommend you book prior to visiting, appointment times are always kept. Always love the way the do my nails and pedi's! I travel from East London and would not go anywhere else. Thank you Classy Nails :)
