Never thought I’d be one for cold dips but a year later and I can’t get enough! The community and guidance from At Dawn is so unique and one I couldn’t be without now. If you’re new to cold water or meeting new people, this is 10000% for you! Everyone is nervous and shy to start with, but with the guidance and bond At Dawn creates it’s one that helps in so many ways going forwards!
