First of all I have to say that when you speak to the team they are friendly. The reason for my poor review is lack of response, and poor service, they had my property on the market for months, it was initially sold, the buyers pulled out, this is not a fault of Lewis Oliver.They tried to sell again for me, it's important to point out that I paid upfront, they had zero incentive to sell. I received offers well below asking price, one of the directors suggested I should have taken this offer, this is when I raised a formal complaint.Lewis Olivers default is to lower the asking price, this is not best practice for an estate agent. I changed to another estate agent who sold my property in less than 7 days. I am very much out of pocket due to their lack of commitment.Whilst the team are friendly, I do not value their service and would not recommend.

Estate agents have something of a reputation, so not having used one for many years I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Suffice it to say that the whole experience was positive, professional and friendly. The staff create a warmth together as a team which communicates itself to clients. Every question and concern was promptly and clearly dealt with so that what might have been a daunting experience was anything but.I owe LewisOliver my genuine and heartfelt thanks and thoroughly recommend them to others.
