Had a great taxi from Birmingham airport into Worcester. The price was fixed and the driver very helpful. The return journey was not the same unfortunately. The driver increased the agreed price by 3 pounds and wouldn't get out of the taxi to help with putting in or taking out the luggage from the book.

Do not use please read the reviews I booked with plenty of time. 10 minutes after booked time called office was told he was just down the road. 10 minutes later called office again. Taxi was 25 minutes late and I missed my train. The best bit is they tried to say it was my fault. They lie and provide a badly run service

Booked a taxi for 15:30, turned up at 15:47 (15:49) by my phone, had a train to catch 16:14 arrived at station 16:10 (16:12) by my phone, had to run to get the trai lucky trai was delayed by 1 minute otherwise I would have been in a right pickle, emailed company not interested just blamed traffic. The six Ps come to mind. Do not use this taxi service

Rang at 4.24pm and booked a taxi. Was confirmed by the man on the phone and it was on the way. Wanted for 15 mins in the rain and rang to check only to be told I didn't have a booking. I had to then wait a further 5 minutes, and car turned up at 4.47pm. I have to be somewhere at 5pm before it closes! Absolutely furious.

Great service: stepped in when another taxi company let me down, friendly and helpful operator explained and confirmed payment, both taxis came very promptly and were clean, spacious and comfortable, and both drivers were very friendly, courteous and interesting conversationalists! I usually dislike taking the taxi but this company was great.

Great service. I was in Worcester for a Hen Party and booked 4 taxis with City Worcester Taxis. They were the only local company that I tried that would take advance bookings. They were on time, great drivers and price was as agreed a few weeks prior. Really can’t thank them enough for making the whole process stress free!

This is the worst taxi company in UK , they have no across Culture communication, they employ rude drivers…. Do not use them, their managers lack good managerial skills and talk like gangsters
