I have have had the good fortune to have met Chris for holistic therapeutic massage treatment. I have now received two very professionally executed massage sessions in January and recently in February. From the outset, I have found Chris to be very polite, reassuring, considerate and skilled. He takes care to place me at ease and establish what my relevant medical / physiological issues are at the outset, including injuries, aches and pains, that would assist him in establishing safe and effective treatment for me, particularly my neck, shoulders, lower back, thigh and calf muscles.In a very calming environment, he has ensured I was comfortable and warm and in an unhurried approach, focused on sore and aching muscles and tension intuitively and very effectively. It has been amazing! I certainly have felt wonderfully relaxed after each session and I would not hesitate to recommend him. I look forward to future treatments! Thank you Chris.

I've been seeing Chris for over a year now and thoroughly enjoy and look forward to sessions. I spent a while trying to find someone with an approach that worked for me and Chris delivers that every time. He creates a warm and safe space, he's very engaging and listens and then generates a session based on that. Would recommend to anyone.

Chris is really friendly and welcoming, and takes time to talk through with you about your specific massage needs and what to focus on. It’s a really supportive atmosphere. His massages are really fantastic – they always hit the spot completely, and I always feel totally relaxed (physically and mentally) for hours afterward. They really are an essential way to keep a healthy body-mind balance, and I wish I could find time to fit them in more regularly!

Christopher is kind and empathetic and puts me at ease. He's a skilled and intuitive massage therapist and varies the pressure and focus depending on how I'm feeling and what areas of tension need work. I always feel more relaxed and calm after a massage with him. Highly recommend.

Had a couple of massages with Chris recently and they have both been amazing. He's very professional and friendly and put me at ease very quickly. He listens to what's been happening with my body and then he plans his approach accordingly. He uses a variety of techniques, checking how things are feeling throughout the time. It was very relaxing and felt great for days afterwards.

The massage room was conveniently located and had a very calming a relaxing atmosphere, warm and welcoming, and I felt very much listened to and cared for throughout the session. I was in need of a relaxing massage, and I received exactly that. I also had two very particular issues, namely, TMD and tenis elbow, and both these received perfect care and attention, and the pain and discomfort from both issues were very noticeably improved following the massage.
