I would like to express my gratitude towards Essex Electrical Solutions for the excellent work they did. I needed an electrical test done quickly due to renting out my property. However, the previous owners had done a lot of DIY electrics which made the task challenging. Essex Electrical Solutions came to the rescue and did not pressure me into using their services. They advised me to get alternate quotes, which I did, but all other quotes were more expensive. I was thrilled with the quality of work done by Essex Electrical Solutions and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

I found this business on TrustATrader. Essex Electrical Solutions removed 5 old electric radiators from the electricity supply and attached 4 new heaters. Service carried out efficiently and professionally at an affordable price. I would recommend this company for any work of this nature.

We needed an electrical certificate quite promptly which was arranged quickly, and had a full electrical test done on the property. We were advised on the visit that there were a few issues that needed to be addressed and was given a few different options on the day regarding which route we could take to rectify those problems and get us a satisfactory certificate. However, once they left the property, we were sent a full breakdown, totalling to nearly a thousand pound. We feel that as we explained we needed the works doing asap, they took advantage of the situation and only gave us the most expensive quotation for works that didn't need doing, atleast not to that level, as we were quoted for a new consumer unit, which did not need to be replaced. We decided to get a 2nd opinion, whose quotation was a fraction of their price and they completed the works in a couple of hours, and supplied us with a certificate. Wouldn't recommend as we feel we were being ripped off.

After being let down by another electrician I contacted Essex Electrical Solutions who were able to come out and take down three pendant lights for me that same day due to us moving house. Dan was extremely professional and very helpful despite it being such a small job - I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a great electrician. 5*

More fantastic jobs by Essex Electrical Solutions.Dan & Team have completed several jobs for us over the past few months, including supplying & fitting new kitchen led lights, smoke & heat alarms. And also upgraded our garage lighting.They also fitted an outdoor / weather proof double power socket.Replaced & upgraded several ceiling roses.But the highlight has been the outstanding job the guys did installing full electrics & lights in our summerhouse / cabin, including an external security light.Friendly, professional service. Would highly recommend.
