My daughters and I have received shocking service from this surgery. From we are ringing to cancel your smear today" for a daughter with stage 4 cells only to backtrack & panic when asked to check with a doctor and say oh no sorry you MUST come in!!! To ringing them about a blood result to be told you've had an abnormal ultrasound and you need to.talk to a doctor...the scan result was a month ago when were you going to tell me it was abnormal? "Well I'm telling you now and you need to talk to a doctor" Dr Gul and his original team were amazing and it is since the merger that it all went bad."

the receptionist are rude and not helpful. called many times, nobody answering the phone. the you wanted to see a doctor but booked with an HCA and Nurse.

Since Dr Gul has left the places has gone downhill. Can't get an appointment, no one answers the phone. Called 8am - 1pm - line engaged / phone left off hook. Called 15 times Monday morning to get an appointment.

Absolutely shocking service since the change!! Impossible to get through as lines always engaged and if you speak to staff anytime after 9am they advise to ring again next morning! Just a joke!!

This surgery has now completely gone down hill since they all joined together, Can not get appointment by phone, yesterday I rang 27 times and waited I don’t know how long.today so far I’ve made 5 calls and it’s not even 9oclock yet they just will not answer the phone something is seriously wrong and needs addressing it’s absolutely disgraceful. It was never like that before the change.
