Luminous Egg - Holistic Energy Healing

I have Cerebral Palsy and mental health difficulties so I struggle with different kinds of pains. I have experienced different talking therapies but I had not had any exposure to alternative therapies. Before I had my first Energy Healing session with Chris, I didn’t really know what to expect, what I should feel or what I should say. Chris put me at ease straight away, explaining that there is nothing right or wrong to feel.Having now had a fair few sessions with Chris, I’m able to feel more in terms of the energy and the depth of the work; as well it feeling nice and relaxing to lie down and to feel her touch on the different points of my body, I’m able to explore how the sensations of each energy centre differ with each session. I feel much calmer and more relaxed with fewer intense aches and pains.I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone – with or without perceived difficulties, conventional or alternative – to try an Energy Healing session with Chris.
