UK Accident Repair

Somebody reversed into the car at a carpark, their insurer used this company. They didn't show on the first day they were due to return it then a week later when they do, they leave it with a destroyed battery even though it had been working perfectly with no issue before it went in. So then, having left the car undrivable and unlocked on side of road, they replaced the battery when we called to complain, dumping the old one in our garden and charging us for it. The next day we had a long drive and only half way to our destination did we discover the front passenger door couldn't open from the inside anymore. So glad we didn't have an accident or the passenger would have been trapped in an unopenable door. They fixed it today and had the audacity to ask me to cough up at the door for the battery without providing any invoice or warranty for the battery and didn't seem to have a card reader so I am assuming they thought they could just get cash in hand. Utterly terrible.

Car returned looking brand new after being damaged by a recent storm. I thought the whole team were brilliant. Quality workmanship. Great communication, I knew what was happening and when. Friendly and polite. Would definitely use UKAR again and can recommend.

Today I picked up my car from uk accident repair after a van reversed into it just outside my home, the rear door was completely caved in plus a dent on the wheel arch so quite significant damage. I can’t say enough how happy I was to collect my car and find no evidence of the damage, they did an absolute amazing job. Thank you!

Rude and abrupt shop manager unhappy with me highlighting some missed repairs.10 months down the line paint from repairs is peeling from front bumper, being fixed elsewhere as my insurance company have informed me they don't use this garage anymore.

My car was sent here from insurance for repair took 6 weeks for repair when I received it back paint was poor quality new bumper had dents and hair in paint and dirt and front parking sensors no longer work

We were in an accident and the rear bumper needed to be replaced. UK Accident were fantastic. Work is fantastic can't notice the difference in the colour. Car was even washed and clean for us on collection. Staff were all friendly. Highly recommend.

Absolutely great people and company to deal with. Customer service is brilliant and they are alwayes happy to help you out. We collect cars from them on a regular basis.

I had my after accident repair, I can't recommend it. My car were repaired 1 month and 2 weeks. I received text with date when my car will be ready. They charge date and no one even bothered to inform me. My car was cleaned" 2 days but when I came I saw that my bonnet wasn't put properly. My gearbox works harder one gentleman explains because it's new car. My car had service just 3 months before and everything was running perfectly. That is not what I expected. No I can't recommend this place. I don't want to come back! Edit of course you had my car! Check your records blue citroen c4 cactus."
