So far so good! The gentleman that came to install my fiber was such a nice chap, very polite, professional and tidy. Did a great job and had a good chat. Shocking installation serviceAfter being woken up every day for the past week at 730am from text messages saying an engineer is coming the day finally came to install my new Internet .The engineer came into my home I told and showed him were I would like my hardware installing I show him he says no problem go's outside to do his thing up the poll then drills hole into the house. All is good up in till this point as he starts to get the router out of the box and the ethernet cable is not long enough to where I asked for it putting next to my PC I when ask do you have a spare on the van he say no .at this point he starts setting up everything on my bed .at this point I ask are you going to be leaving the router and all the cables on my bed .. he says yesI say no you're not at this point he starts to get mad and look at me with evil eyes .At this point I ask him to leave my home he left my house with all his tools ectSo I'm on the phone trying to sort things out with BRSK and after the call centre put phone down on me 4 times a nice guy answered the phone to try sort the problem out.. wile I'm on the phone on my bed in my bedroom the engineer walks back in my bedroom and says I can get you a cable in 24 hour I than says ge tout of my house Again and he finally left.So now I'm left with no Internet.Well done BRSK

Aaron B and Krystian came and installed broadband with professionalism, speed and cleanliness. Would definitely recommend BRSK engineers to anyone. How they can drill a hole holding a vacuum hose to catch the dust at the same time is beyond me!

Aaron B has just finished installing and must say was a fantastic experience. He was on time, super friendly and professional. Quick and looks very tidy and told me he could use a cable hole I already had (but didn’t use) to save another hole being drilled (which I’m grateful for as I would have had no idea). Explained everything I needed to know really clearly. Internet already seems so much quicker than my last provider. Thank you Aaron and BRSK!

Been chasing a refund (after cancelling) for over a month now, raised 5+ separate times with multiple customer service members and still nothing to show for it. Got a mail saying finance team would contact me, still nothing. That was weeks ago. Internet was good when we had it but the customer service is absolutely horrendous. Now in a different country so I can't call up to complain or even chase.

BRSK Installed today by Tiaan & Bilal, set up is a bit different to previous supplier but everything was explained in many emails and texts before they arrived. Apparently we don't have the easiest house for an install but after a bit of head scratching it was all worked out. Time will tell how it performs, but as for the installation.....it's a great start.

Very professional installation from Leon and Steve. I consulted with Leon to agree upon the best location for the wall-mounted box and the router, and then he went off and began the external work. Steve turned up shortly afterwards and did the internal drilling and mounting. They were both extremely courteous towards my house and things and obviously care about the job they're doing. Please BRSK, never pressure the job these engineers do, it made a massive impression on me and, reading the reviews, everybody else too. Everything was left looking spotless, and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome of my purchase so far.

I recently switched from Virgin and my god the difference in both speed and reliability is night and day. I have not had a single dropped connection since my install and I highly recommend that anyone considering making the switch do so.
