Try giving something back ull see the true colours... rude is a kind word to explain the behaviour that i experienced today..I was taken a back totally unexpected and i was absolutely shocked! We have been going to them for over 10.years...however today was the last day.

Brilliant and knowledgeable family run business that go out of their way to offer the best advice. Helped me to understand some DIY basics around paint while at the same time being able to engage with my much better informed wife. They recognised that she had the more experience and spoke with her accordingly. A nice and refreshing change from other places where everyone automatically assumes I'm the expert because I'm the bloke! Much better than the 'anonymous' character free experience you often get in chain" DIY places."
