Been working with servoca for nearly a year now, and have nothing but good words to say about them. One of, if not, the best companies I’ve worked for. Jeevan and Jimmy in the office have been extremely helpful and supportive whenever needed, and always check in to see how I’m doing which is massively appreciated. Would recommend anyone to give servoca a go!

really nice and committed recruitment agency.I started working with servova in March 2020 and I can proudly say its been a really positive experience to date.I was supported with all the training and guidance when needed and I attended regular supervisions and was given plenty of opportunities and even supported to enhance my skills. I was assessed regularly for compliances and was even approached when new opportunities came about and I can proudly say I was given plentyful oppertunities and Iworked in many settings and gained plenty of experiences from supported living settings to one to one support work.and in nursing homes and residential homes and even senior care work I also worked in mental health settings from assessments wards to recovery and rehabilitation wards and in community rehabilitation settings.my experience with servoca recruitment agency has been a good one and one full of excellent learning and development this has helped me a lot to where I wanted to be.I would like to thank all the teams especially the management who have worked really hard to help the employee's and staff. Servoca is different to other agencies I have worked with becouse Sevoca tailor shifts to meet the needs of clients and employees and are always going the extra mile to ensure staff and clients are happy the whole team is friendly and approachable and always ensure they implement right first time resolution.

Dont bother register, they ask for covid vaccination or else!!There are people like me with severe allergy and the vaccine is not suitable for me so I didnt do all.They emailed saying its the law no it isnt!!!

Been working for this agency for 2 years now. Very friendly and helpful staff, who always manage to find you shifts. Have a variety of care facilities that they can send you to. Overall a great company to work for.
