Just got back from having my phone screen replaced here. Same day repair, 45 minutes. Half as cheap as its competitors. Recommended.

Took my phone in for a straight screen swap (I purchased the screen brand new) due to a small crack on the bottom (it was bugging me) The phone was fully functional before going in for repair despite the damage. Got the phone back and the sound and vibrate function had stopped working completely. I contacted the shop and was told this was impossible and he just replaced the screen but was willing to have a look at it (yeah thanks) left it with him, came back a couple of hours later and he 'forgot to ask me for my passcode' but had taken the screen off again to do a visual inspection and said he'd have to take it elsewhere to go under a microscope. I stated it was fine before but he denied any liability because the screen was purchased by me. Brand new with a warranty might I add. I said I would have to get back to him as I need my phone for work and to keep lines open for a sick family member. Got in my car and the sound magically started working again (after he'd removed the screen again) No vibrate still. So it doesn't take a rocket scientist to come to the conclusion that he knocked something out or broke something when replacing the screen. Now, the sound has ceased to function again. You can see how it looks. I felt like I was being made out to be a liar. On the plus side the screen works but no sound or vibration. Useless.

Had a dead S7 Edge, now fixed with a new motherboard. Great customer service, recommend.
