Elliot was very responsive and professional and he gave us a very detailed survey, the report was very clear and detailed and it included a lot of pictures. I had been unsure weather we needed a survey but I was so glad we got one done as Elliot drew our attention to a lot of very important issues with the house we are buying and we were able to ask our solicitor to investigate further.Nice and local, would definitely recommend.

He was very accommodating and highly responsive (due to our jobs we're seldom able to make calls) He put our minds at ease regarding initial queries we had about the property.
