My car had an engine failure warning alert on its computer. I went to Wilco Autosave, and was booked in by Michael, who was extremely helpful. This, despite them being busy.My car was quickly diagnosed, so we knew what specifically caused the engine failure warning.Everything was taken care of. The price was very reasonable. And the service was excellent. Five stars!

Always easy to book my car in for maintenance or service and never had reason to complain. Everyone polite, work done promptly and to a good standard. Never had reason to doubt the value of the work done at this Wilco or others that I have used in the past.

I've taken my car a few times and always been more than happy with the service. Fantastic staff who can't do enough for you. The manager, Michael, really went above and beyond to book me in last minute and got my car sorted quickly, even managing to fix a problem another garage had said they couldn't do, without any issues. Highly recommend this garage.

I took my car yesterday to have its service, in the afternoon I got a call from Mike and he explained what was wrong with my car, he was also very patient whilst I discussed the options with my Dad. There were quite a few things that needed to be fixed and he took the time and got them done before the end of the day. You can tell that they are invested in their customers and not just wanting to get the job done. They make you feel welcome and reassured and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great service offered by the whole team. Very knowledgeable staff, always nice to see and chat with the technicians, you get a feel as to whether they actually know what they are talking about (coming from a mechanical engineering background myself). Would highly recommend.
