I have been a patient at this surgery for many years, the service now and quality of care is awful. I have had telephone calls about prescriptions to collect from a pharmacy that don't exist. I have absolutely no confidence in this surgery. I am now in the process of finding a new practise. I never want to hear from them ever again. They are totally out of touch with reality. The receptionists need urgent training in manners and general P.R.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible surgery. You can’t get appointments they are still working in a covid setting and policy. The doctors are not helpful and when ringing for a prescription at 1pm on a Tuesday it says the surgery is closed which happens all the time

Myself and my children have been with this surgery for a few years now and I'm so glad we moved here. The receptionists are fantastic, so kind and polite, they really are a credit to the practice. I've only ever had one bad experience with a doctor there who wasn't very nice but the rest are amazing and very good at their job. Bearing in mind that this is all for free on the glorious NHS, I think you get 5star service at this surgery.

Went on line to renew all my meds and everything needed reviewing, so phoned the doctors just gone 12 noon and listened to a lengthy message part of which said prescriptions are only done between 10am and 12 noon and another time in the afternoon. Eventually spoke to a receptionist and she told me I was too late to order prescription because it was 12.08 and I would have to call back in the afternoon even though I explained that I had just tried on line and because my meds needed reviewing I phoned straight away. Surely there should be some flexibility in these times as not everyone can fit in calls between the set times that suit the surgery.

Utter shambles this doctors surgery. I Called just before 8am this morning. I was seventh in the queue to be then told there wasn’t any appointments left when I got through to a receptionist. I think it’s time I found myself a different surgery.

I have been on the phone now 10mins trying to get through. The receptionists are rude obnoxious and so arrogant. I have been with wheeler st now since birth 30 now. The only reason I haven't changed gp practice is because of Dr Yu. He has always been my doctor and the only one I'll deal with.

Absolutely appalling service. Karen the receptionist is zero help and couldn't wait to get rid of us. Completely rude over the phone, talking over us while we were trying to explain. So we decided to go into the surgery to explain, again she couldn't wait to get us out of there. She had the worst attitude. We are now running around trying to sort out a mistake that they originally made, leaving my grandad without vital medication. Her 'whatever' attitude stinks and she should not be facing any customers at all. Disgrace to the NHS

Ridiculous and appealing service! It is impossible to book an appointment. Trying for over a week and all they have to say is No more appointments. Call tomorrow at 8 am". Even asking for appointment for a week ahead gives you the same answer. We went to walk in center and were seen by a doctor within 20 min. Now all the GP needs to do is give us hospital referral.. How do we get that referral when there is no way to speak to a doctor at this GP? It took forever to register with them now I am moving my entire family to another practice!"
