Poor eyebrow threading experience, now my brows are thin and wonky - I would not recommend going here. I requested a specific person for the appointment as I had been recommended them by a friend, but as I was 5 minutes late I was given someone else. I would have preferred to have waited or rescheduled the appointment. Man on reception was rude when I explained this.**I was not 15 minutes late to the appointment as stated in the reply. I was 5 minutes. I paid for the treatment 16 minutes after the original time of my appointment.

I've been a loyal customer for almost 5 years and won't have my nails cared for anywhere else! Sara is fabulous and she always maintains my nails to the highest degree - she also does my mum and sister's nails too and the customer service is always friendly and welcoming.

not very happy with todays service as i booked the day before and rushed to the appointment hoping i wouldn’t be late and was told i cannot get them done. i have come here before for my nails and i was also refused to receive what i wanted but it was acceptable because my nails ended up looking very nice but this recent incident was upsetting as i booked and took care of my time to make sure i made it and was told straight away no. i have had many experiences where i would be able to receive my service despite my age but that wasn’t the case :((
