Katie and Chris have guided us through the design and planning process for a very large project.They are professional, informative, creative but very importantly, so nice to work with.Katie and Chris gave us many different design options to choose from. We are thrilled with our kitchen extension - it has completely changed the way we live in our house! The kitchen is now the heart of the home and the formerly unused dining room has been transformed to a sitting area overlooking the garden. Katie took our initial ideas but suggested so many improvements (swapping the kitchen and dining room, adding a window seat in the kitchen, raising the patio to the same level as the house) which ultimately gave us so much more than we ever hoped for. The visualisations really helped us to envision the new space. It was a pleasure to work with Katie and Chris. They listened to our wish list but delivered so much more - including very clear drawings which our builder was able to work to with very few queries.

We have recently completed a knock-down rebuild project on our family home in Wargrave, Berkshire with Chris and Katie at Fineline Architects. We are absolutely thrilled with the project and cannot recommend them highly enough. We have (very nearly) finished a complete interior/ exterior renovation and extension of a 5-bedroom detached house. Chris and Katie were recommended to us by friends, and we knew as soon as we met them that we wanted to work with them. Their designs are fantastic and delivered everything we wanted. Katie created designs that maximised the space beautifully. The once-dated exterior has been transformed into something smart and modern, but still in keeping with the other houses in our village.
