I recently had a boiler service and a new radiator installed. I was very impressed with the quality of the work Tom did. He is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The work was completed to a very high standard. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend to anyone needing boiler service or a new installation.

Tom seems to know his onions when it comes to warm air heating. As well as servicing our heating unit he diagnosed and fixed a controller problem, keeping us informed by text over the course of a week while he was awaiting part delivery. Tom is a very clean and diligent worker and I will be booking him in for the next service.

I cannot recommend Tom more highly. He has serviced my boiler and also fixed it when it had stoped working. He is an expert and can diagnose the problems quickly, is very thorough and professional, checks everything is in working order and does an excellent job! To top it off he responds very quickly within the same day of contacting, can come within a day or two, and is always on time, and even early. He is personable and friendly. A quality job at very reasonable price, Tom is the man for the job!

Tom is very trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced my old broken boiler and now services my new boiler every year. He explained the different types of boilers I could choose from and completed the boiler installation very efficiently and professionally. He is always very thorough in his work. Have just had entire new central heating system with heat pump installed. Very pleased with the completed job. Tom was reliable, knowledgeable and completed within estimated time with reasonable cost for such a big job.

We have used Thomas to service our warm air heating and water heater units on a number of occasions and he has always been excellent. This time we also used him to do a specific job and rerun a new gas pipe to take out of use a cooker connection and two wall gas pipes. He did this making a beautiful job of the pipe work adding additional shut of valves and parts I was not expecting for a very good price. He also serviced our heating and water units at the same time. I don't like having anyone in the house doing work but Thomas is the only person I make an exception for as he is so good and fills me with complete confidence for the quality of his work and for the prices that he charges.

I recently purchased and had a new boiler fitted by Tom. I would not hesitate to recommend his company - the service I received was very professional, he was very friendly and responded to my initial enquiry very promptly. He even came back to fix a small leak he found under my sink, which wasn't related to the boiler!
