The Pole Hub Maidenhead

Really recommend The Pole Hub for anyone interested in learning pole, wanting to get stronger or wants to try something new. Kelly & Emma are really engaging and are super helpful. Really fun way of exercising and strengthening/ toning your body while bringing your dancing side out! If you haven’t tried it, give it a go!!

Best thing I’ve done for myself all year! Wanted to pick up a new hobby that built my strength and was fun - this lived up to it and more. I was incredibly nervous/ anxious to start as a complete beginner with not much strength but Emma in the Maidenhead classes is so great. She’s encouraging and supportive, and the company as a whole builds such an amazing network and community! Can’t imagine my Mondays without it now!!

I’ve been going to weekly lessons for about 3 years now with The Pole Hub as I wanted to try something different and I’m so glad I did! Kelly makes our lessons fun, challenging and inclusive no matter your experience or fitness level. I’m so glad I’ve stuck with it - I’ve learnt so much and become stronger, fitter and so much more confident in myself. Couldn’t imagine life without pole and all the lovely, supportive girls I’ve met because of it!

The Pole Hub is an amazing fun class I would highly recommend anyone to try! It has really helped me in building confidence, learning new skills, making new friend whilst working on my fitness. Absolutely love my classes at the Maidenhead studio with Emma! She is so encouraging and every session is so fun. I was really nervous to start pole as I hadn’t done any ‘formal’ exercise in years but all of the class are very friendly.

Since starting with Pole Hub back in 2021 I have learnt so much about what my body is able to do. From my first sessions with Kelly, my 1:1’s and heels classes with Lily and now my lessons with Emma I have always been challenged and supported through the routines and tricks we are taught to do. Pole has given me body confidence again and a strength I didn’t know I was capable of. I couldn’t live without it now.

I've been taking classes with The Pole Hub for two years. When I first started, I couldn't do a push up - now, I can do switch ups and shouldermounts! The instructors are so friendly and welcoming, and Kelly (who teaches my Wednesday class) is extremely knowledgeable and supportive - she always knows exactly what change to make to help us get each move, and enables us to progress at our own pace.Everyone supports each others' victories in class and I've never felt more confident in myself. Helen, the studio owner, even gives us the opportunity to take part in photo shoots to showcase what we've learnt in class. Her expertise on the pole and behind the camera make the shoots really fun, and they're a great way of documenting our progress.If you're looking for a fun way to get fit, I couldn't recommend The Pole Hub's classes enough!

I recommend the Maidenhead Studio to anyone who wants to learn pole dance, in fact Pole Hub is the way to go. Kelly is an amazing instructor, I love the lessons and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Thank you to Helen who deals with my queries and payments!

I attend Pole beginners classes every Monday in Maidenhead and I absolutely love every class. I learn so much each time and it also helps to build my confidence and strength. Would highly recommend. Xxx
