Seen a advertisement on a side of a van, thought id give them a ring to book a MWB transit van for the weekend. when I rang up to enquire about the van i was informed that it wasn't available for my weekend.Instead of leaving it there like most van rental companies would have, liverpool practical gave me a free upgrade to a LWB which i thought was fantastic as i wasnt too sure if the MWB was big enough to begin with.I couldnt have been more happy with my visit and would certainly recommend practical liverpool to all my friends and family.Lovely customer service, went the extra mile to make sure i was happy. Fantastic value for money, will be using this service again.10/10

Couldn’t rate this company highly enough.... from the initial phone call enquiry, to the returning of the van, they were brilliant. The customer service we received was second to none; the staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. We wouldn’t use anywhere else for van hire now & would recommend these guys to anyone!

Nice clean vans and pleasant people to deal with also very good rates for rental. The manager was also very helpful explaining to me how a DP filter works and how best to look after it.

after a bad experience with a well know company I found myself at practical car hire. I cannot praise this company enough. they were efficient, helpful and made process simple. no small print to navigate and no ridiculous excess and no hidden extras, plus they work on a full tank basis. I also had deposit refunded immediately unlike other company who still hold my deposit despite cancelling car same day. not an enterprising company who do this to customers.Big thanks to David and the gang.Regards Brian
