I absolutely love Sarah’s mum and baby yoga class. It’s a great way to get moving again after having a baby. Baby loves the class too, it’s a very chilled and comfortable environment with a group of lovely new mums!

I attended the Yoga for Pregnancy and Active Birth and Mum and Baby Yoga and cannot recommend it enough! Sarah leads gentle, accessible sessions and really encourages you to follow what your body tells you it needs (especially in the pregnancy one classes) - I always came away feeling totally refreshed and relaxed. Sarah's advice for the birth was invaluable - the breathing techniques saw me through my labour and enabled me to stay completely calm and in control (not to mention actually going into early labour during the yoga class!) Thanks Sarah! :-)

I’ve been attending Sarah’s Breathe and Flow classes for some time now. Sarah is a very experienced instructor, and each pose is very clearly explained to enable students to get the most benefit. The breathing techniques that Sarah also teaches have been quite eye opening to see both the physical and mental benefits that they have. An inclusive, fun, and rewarding class, I would thoroughly recommend.

Love this yoga class and teacher! I attended the antenatal yoga class from 14 weeks throughout my pregnancy. Sarah creates such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere and community. I found the class really useful for relaxation and labour movements, and building antenatal knowledge and confidence. We covered something different every week. Now attending the postnatal mum/baby yoga which I also love! A relaxed fun setting with lovely mix of yoga and baby massage/play.

I attended ‘Yoga for Pregnancy and Active Birth’ and ‘Mum and Baby Yoga’ and found both classes fantastic. They provide a safe, open and friendly space to practice yoga and make amazing friends.The prenatal class gave the opportunity to exercise gently and learn a lot about what to expect from birth and the post natal class was a perfect introduction into life outside of the newborn bubble!Sarah is an excellent instructor and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her classes to anyone.

Love classes with Sarah, such a great experience to enjoy yoga whist meeting other mums and mums to be with a great teacher. I’ve completed the pregnancy yoga (twice!), mum and baby yoga (baby loves the sessions and I get to do yoga which really helps with the post birth/pregnancy aches) and beginners yoga. Fabulous atmosphere with a fantastic teacher. Would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed attending the mother and baby yoga classes with Sarah, she's such a great Yoga teacher and knew exactly what stretches and poses are needed for a parent. She also includes the babies beautifully and is really flexible in her approach as some of the babies vary in age. Also, the ethos of the group is really inclusive and we've been for walks, lunch and to baby activities together ever since my first class and any new people are always warmly invited. This is the best thing I've done so far with my baby.

Yoga for pregnancy with Sarah has been wonderful. I look forward to it every week. The movements are gentle (but great to get you moving especially in the later stages) and the breathing exercises have really helped me away from class. Each session has been informative about active birth and has helped me to feel prepared. The class has all the equipment you need. Sarah is an excellent teacher and makes everyone feel welcome.
