I received the wrong photo frame, the correct one was sent out immediately and as an apology they gifted me the frame sent in error. Customer service from this company is excellent and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I placed an Order in amazon.fr, for a 4 euro item and the parcel was labeled Espana. Upon arrival I was asked to pay 20 euro to customs to get the parcel and I found out the company is in the UK. I swallowed my frustration over time lost, postage money lost, and asked them to refund me when they will get it back. Instead of of course

Overpriced cheap plasic rubbish items and misleading item descriptions. They sell products from China, 20 times the original price, to cover warehouse costs apparently. (Their excuse). Staff are also rude when you email them. Avoid!

Ordered 11 kids, paint your own bird boxes.Arrived within 3 working days. Very good quality for the price (£3 each). All brand new and undamaged.Great communication throughout, both from Home Fusion and Royal Mail.Very happy customer, and I am sure there will soon be 11 very happy kids! :)Thank you!

Fantastic fast service from this company. I ordered some last minute camping items for my Easter holiday and arrived just in time for my trip. Excellent camping lantern and enamel plate, dish and mug.Really pleased with all my products and shall definitely be using again.

Item not received. Was expected to arrive by 29th May but didn’t receive. Due to the current COVID 19 pandemic we expected some serious delays and raised an issue today that item wasn’t received. Home fusion decides that they would point out that as it was outside the 30 day eBay reporting policy that they couldn’t help. This company is not interested in customer satisfaction and was happy for me to post negative feedback over resending the item or providing a refund. Avoid buying from this company. Shocking customer service and not a worry for customer satisfaction.

Ordered on January 8th. Contacted the company on January 24th to ask where my parcel was. They told me it had been delivered..I told them it definitely hadn't. All they did then was send me a yodel confirmation of delivery. Came back from a 3 day trip to find a package outside my front door.. absolute shock. Its the package that got delivered" 2 months ago...only 3 months later. Absolutely shocking customer service. Won't be using this dreadful company again. If I could give 0 stars I would."
