Was provided with this repairer by my insurer. Overall the repair was great, you can't tell where the damage was. I found that I had to contact the company more than they contacted me. However, they were able to fix the car before a certain date when it was required.

Took over a month to repair my bumper when they said it would take a week. No communication and I had to keep calling for updates- promised it would be the next day and then took an extra week. I got a call to say the car was ready but waited an hour at reception because it was being cleaned. The quality of work was excellent - bumper is a brand new one with good colour match - just customer service needs some work for me to recommend.

Direct Line organised for T Reeve & Son Ltd to carry out repair work to our car after it was hit whilst parked in a car par. They contacted us the next working day & arranged to collect our car a couple of days later. They kept us informed throughout & delivered it back to us a week later. Their standard of work was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Booked my Diesel Mazda 6 in due to a DPF issue where it was diagnosed and reset by James, a friendly and informative mechanic. After finding no underlying issue and instead providing me with some guidance on how to avoid the issue again I was swiftly back out and wasn't charged.

Awful customer service and communication, and car returned in poor condition!I was told multiple times I would receive a call-back when requesting status updates and never did. Was told numerous different things about the status of my car repair by different employees who did not seem to have any idea of the actual status from the garage. My car was also returned filthy outside and with scratches on the bumper that was supposed to have been repaired – had to turn it away. When eventually returned, it was clear that there were still issues that hadn’t been fixed but I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle of sending back again! Would absolutely NOT recommend.

After a non fault accident my insurance company referred me to have my car repaired at Treeve & son ltd. Following contact the company said they would call me and give me a date to repair my car at a later date. I waited 2 months and heard nothing. I therefore contacted the garage and spoke with the person at reception who informed me they had canceled the repairs to my car as they couldn't contact me. I reported that no one had contacted me. I did not receive any telephone call, text message, email or letter. Following discussion it was agreed my car would be repaired but I still had to wait a further 3 weeks for this to happen. The initial referral had been made in March it was finally completed in September. The repairs included a replacement bumper and repair of a very small dent on the car's boot door.My experience demonstrated poor customer relations and the workmanship was terrible. The newly installed bumper does not match the colour of the car. I would never recommend this garage to anyone.
