Southwick Post Office

The lady, who works in the Post Office towards the back of the store, is very professional, friendly, fast and always willing to help. I cannot fault this Post Office one bit

I am so angry right now , went in this store today to top up my electric key to be told by the manger that he would like me to also use his shop for other things as it costs him for people like my self who use the top up for gas and electric ,I told him that sometimes I do buy other things ,he then said ok I believe you to which I said That should not be a factor when needing to top up and that i felt insulted to which he replied that I do not need to use his shop, I will not use this shop again and I would advise other people to be aware of this , I will be raising a complaint with British gas and also royal mail as to how people are being treated in this store.

Great service

Never open on time and have attitude problem shop is scruffy with out of date products. Unprofessional. Avoid go elsewhere.

Shop workers all ways late to work and opening thats if thay open at all yestoday thay had an sine on door say be back at 3.30 i was thare from 3 and waited it got to 4 pm and still not open i desided to take my bisnes else whare will not recmend as this shop will waste your time go elsewhere
