I recently used Andrews let only service to secure tenants for a Bath property. Dealing with both Monica and Emily, the whole process has been seamless and a positive experience from start to finish. The staff were always friendly, happy to help and communicated brilliantly. Thank you!

I’ve just moved to Bath from London and words cannot express how helpful Emily Woodman has been in ensuring it was a quick, efficient and smooth transition.Whenever help is needed, she is always there on the other side ready to help whether that is via email or call. She always seems happy and motivated when working with clients and you can see that she put 110% effort in.If I ever need help, I will not hesitate to use Andrews. If Emily is this amazing, I can only imagine the other staff are similar.

Had a good experience buying a house with Andrews. Staff we interacted with were lovely and helpful and sent property suggestions that met our criteria. Our agent Zak McCulloch was professional, helpful and responsive from viewing to completion. He was great at keeping us informed about how our sale was progressing and liaising between us and the seller. The sale took a little time and it’s due to Zak’s hard work we were able to finally purchase our lovely home! Would recommend them as a buyer and will keep them in mind if we sell in the future.

From the start of my tenancy I was constantly having to follow-up maintenance issues as emails went ignored. The same happened when trying to get the deposit back, this took 2 months more than it should have, and I was ignored for weeks on end. Property manager changed so often I never knew who I was dealing with. Made the mistake of trying to rent another property with Andrews and the referencing experience was the most disorganised I have ever experienced. The one star goes to Dan, you weren't my property manager but you were always happy to help and provided genuinely good and honest service, thank you!

I have rented 4 different flats in the UK but Andrews was by far the best experience I've ever had. It's put my faith back in estate agents. I wanted to rent a 2 bed flat in Bath and Property Manager James Parker at Andrews Bath Central made the whole process so easy and professional. You really feel that you are in safe hands, nothing's too much trouble. The flat was lovely to live in, spacious, clean, lovely carpets with a great location, I miss living there now.
