Excellent team, fantastic staging & sound.

Joe and the team have supplied the screens and PA for Oxford Round Table Charity Fireworks in South Park for the last two years. An efficient and helpful team, coupled with state-of-the-art equipment, means they have helped us raise tens of thousands for charity, whilst taking our event to the next level. Thank you!

Spoke with their lighting designer (a Lampy apparently) and was impressed with his knowledge and clear interest in the job. Can thoroughly recommend them for your lighting hire/design service. They also do installs and provide the full range of sound kit. They cater for both indoor and outdoor events. A very comprehensive set up for a small company.

I have used HTS a few times for various events and have always been extremely happy with their service and high quality of the technical production.One event had a few last minute requests which they managed to achieve for me without any problems and the overall set up looked fantastic. So many guests commented on how brilliant the gardens and outdoor lighting looked!The equipment and service they provided for our live bands and DJs was also superb and the sound quality was excellent. I have had great feedback from the performers about the sound engineering and pre-event set up and all our guests had a fantastic time.A brilliant team and will definately be using them again in the future for our events.

Very impressed by the quality and professionalism of the team from Henley Theatre Services delivering the sound and lighting for the Windsor Jubilee Party in the Park on the Long Walk. As a large choir it's not always to get the right balance and I'm reliably informed that the team were 'on it' throughout the whole 45 minute set to adjust the balance for the best experience. Very grateful for their support. Here's me giving a thumbs up to the sound desk!

I had previously had good experiences with HTS so I trusted them, however, they let me down.They took a long time to respond to my emails - so everything happened very last minute, hung up on me at 4:45pm on a Friday - the night before my delivery was due at 8:30am and then cancelled my order via email leaving me high and dry as all other stores were closed.Fortunately, I found an alternative store that were kind, and courteous, kept me in the loop, and ended up being 1/4 of the price that HTS quoted me for. It's a real shame - before this awful experience, I wouldn't have considered renting with anyone else, but now I wouldn't go near them with a barge pole. I certainly don't trust them and I wouldn't recommend you should either.

Quality equipment, great service and perfect for parties, music, theatre, dance, opera, festivals or any other social event.Highly recommended, I will use Henley Theatre Service again for events without a doubt!

Have had multiple interactions with Henley both as a client and on projects they’ve supplied. The small team is reliably friendly and helpful no matter how frustrating the project becomes at my end. One of the guys even came out personally to replace a distro that had decided it didn’t want to play mid tech
