Only help you if you're a new customer looking to spend. Any problems with an existing contract and they will turn you away tell you want to wait for ages on the phone to customer service when it's in a busy noisy call centre, they've all got strong accents and you can't understand anything. Then the cheek of it they'll constantly try to sell you more things to add onto your contract. My sim card randomly stopped working and they told me I needed to talk to customer service on the phone, how am I supposed to do that with no SIM and data to make a call? Shocking it's so obvious they're on commission and don't care about existing customers and their lives at all. Gross conduct with no empathy can't wait for my contract to be over. Shame on the employees for selling themselves out like that.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Ryan. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and nothing was too much trouble for him. He helped me to find the best deal and switch my contract over. Would highly recommend.

I went into 3 to see if they had any deals on as my sons contract was due in July & Morgan was so friendly & helpful!! Its been the most comfortable conversation I’ve had with a sales person for a long while & everyone else at the sales store was so easy to talk to & definitely had a laugh whilst waiting.

I wanted to change my sim only mobile provider and I'd narrowed it down to 3 mobile, also I wanted a pay as you go sim to try out where I live and other iffy spots with my present provider. Obviously it benefited the sales staff to sell a contract but I explained I just wanted a pay as you go and why I wanted it. The sales staff were okay with this and didn't try to persuade me otherwise, they provided me with a preloaded data pack sim with unlimited calls and texts valid for one month for £10.00 (25.02.23.). In less than 24 hours I'd found what I'd been looking for when I made calls from home my voice was much clearer the other end and vice versa. Remember 3 mobile has its own network so no piggy backing on other networks and playing second and third fiddle when traffic on the network is high.

Came here the other week to speak with someone about an issue I had and it appears they don't deal with problems there which i thought is strange.Eventually when I got my problem sorted over the phone I went back there same day, second trip into town. Looking to upgrade and they couldn't get onto my account, so couldn't get that sorted either.None of this is the staffs fault, they seemed alright but what a complete waste of time those two trips were. The place wasn't able to help with anything.

Popped in with my friend so he could get a new phone and we got served by Morgs. What a pleasure it was, and turns out he's from the same village I came from as a child. He's very honest, and his customer service is second to none.

While explaining the problem, I was interrupted halfway through by a guy named Ryan stating that they couldn't help me and I had to call customer service. If he had listened to me until the end, he would have known that I came to the store because they were unable to help me over the phone. If I hadn't tried to explain to him what was going on and suggested he ask the manager, he would have sent me home without help. I will not forget the fact that I came to the center specifically to explain the problem, but the store was closed for an hour and I had to wait with the child in my arms for 45 minutes. Because all the staff had to go to lunch at the same time (no information on the internet or anywhere). While I was there, I felt disrespected and when I said something, the people there acted like I wasn't interested and it would be best if I went somewhere else. Especially Ryan, who in my opinion is not suitable or has not been trained enough. He told me 4 times that they wouldn't be able to help me, but it turned out that he could sort it out in the store. Approach to the customer without any respect. After checking my identity using my passport. He threw my passport on the desk instead of handing it over or putting it on the desk. He also checked new offers for the phone, but he only had to check and give me options. Instead, without my consent, he ordered me a phone that I only checked. If I hadn't reported it online, I don't know what the consequences would have been. Waving his hands and gesticulating instead of asking us to come to the desk was also disrespectful. Overall, very unpleasant staff with whom I had the opportunity to talk. I do not recommend. I would avoid it.

I had a great experience at this Three store. The person I spoke to, Leah, was very helpful and patient in getting my device up and running. She took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. Her knowledge, expertise and patience were exemplary.I would definitely recommend this store to anyone considering purchasing a new phone or changing from their present service provider.
